What data we process and why

When you visit the site

When you write to us

If you contact us by email, WhatsApp or LinkedIn, we process what you send, for example your name, your email or phone number, your company and the content of your message. We use it to reply, understand what you need and, if we move forward, prepare a proposal and manage the working relationship.

Giving us this data is voluntary. Without it we cannot reply.

What we don't do

We do not sell or rent your data. We do not build advertising profiles. We do not add you to mailing lists unless you ask.

Who we share it with

We use providers that process data on our behalf or that you choose to use:

Some of these providers process data outside Argentina, for example in the United States.

Cookies

We do not use our own cookies. Cloudflare may use technical cookies to protect the site.

How long we keep data

We keep contact messages while the conversation or working relationship lasts, and up to 24 months after the last contact. Then we delete them, unless a law requires us to keep them.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, update or delete your data by writing to contacto@somosiris.dev. We reply within the time limits set by Argentine Law 25,326 on Personal Data Protection.

The data subject has the right to access their personal data free of charge at intervals of no less than six months, unless a legitimate interest is shown, as set out in article 14, subsection 3 of Law No. 25,326. The AGENCIA DE ACCESO A LA INFORMACIÓN PÚBLICA (Agency for Access to Public Information), as the Control Body of Law No. 25,326, has the authority to handle complaints and claims filed by anyone whose rights are affected by non-compliance with personal data protection rules.

Changes

If we change how we process data, we update this page and its date.
